Project Description

Chad Fisher has provided construction services to Skagit Bank for more than 30 years, and once again was asked to remodel the main branch to reflect Skagit Bank's new image. The remodel presented a unique challenge in that the branch needed to stay open during construction. Our crew was able to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays to ensure  the needs of the staff and customers remained a priority. The four phases of the project included temporarily relocating several departments plus a complete overhaul of the exterior façade. Specialty concrete panels, decorative sheet metal and new copper-colored roofing provided an updated exterior finish. The interior branch remodel involved modernizing every square inch of the basement, main floor and upstairs. The building includes space for new teller lines, corporate offices and boardroom, and an employee lunchroom. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.
…I appreciated how you and your team really put not only our staff's needs first but our customer's needs as well. I was sure that we would have some problems arise due to the complexities and our responsibilities to our customers, but with the way your team handled everything those things didn't occur. You eliminated many if not all of my concerns."
Eric J. Landon, Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer
