Chad Fisher has provided construction services to Skagit Bank for more than 30 years, and once again was asked to remodel the main branch to reflect Skagit Bank’s new image. The remodel presented a unique challenge in that the branch needed to stay open during construction. Our crew was able to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays to ensure the needs of the staff and customers remained a priority.
The four phases of the project included temporarily relocating several departments plus a complete overhaul of the exterior façade. Specialty concrete panels, decorative sheet metal and new copper-colored roofing provided an updated exterior finish. The interior branch remodel involved modernizing every square inch of the basement, main floor and upstairs. The building includes space for new teller lines, corporate offices and boardroom, and an employee lunchroom.
The project was completed on schedule and under budget.
