Project Description

Northwest Wild Foods is a family owned Wild and Organic food producer and distributor located in Burlington Washington. They procure specialty berries, nuts, mushrooms and seafood from the Pacific Northwest.

Chad Fisher Construction was hired by Northwest Wild Foods to construct a new office, warehouse & distribution, and production facility following a failed attempt by a previous contractor to meet their budget and accommodate project requirements.

The new pre-engineered metal building contains 43 tons of steel, plus 300 cubic yards of mono-poured foundation to build the 9600 SF facility, which expands their packaging and distribution capacity to service its clients throughout the United States and Canada. The building features a small retail area, 1450 square feet of contemporary offices, including a conference room and employee areas. There is 8150 square feet of warehouse and production space and a 1100 square foot mezzanine. They have future plans to convert the south 1400 SF into a winery and tasting room as their business continues to grow.

The Chad Fisher team worked hard to tailor the facility to the needs of this unique client which resulted in tremendous savings to the client and improvement to their investment.
