Skagway Boat Maintenance
Project Description
Chad Fisher Construction partnered with Hamilton Construction to support the construction of the new Skagway Boat Maintenance Building in Skagway, Alaska. The project consisted of erecting an approximately 6,400-square-foot pre-engineered metal building at the Municipal boat storage lot on Broadway Street.
Built to serve the Municipality of Skagway, this 80’ x 80’ structure was completed within a two-month timeline despite the region’s notoriously harsh and unpredictable weather conditions. The team successfully navigated the challenges of Southeast Alaska’s climate to deliver a durable facility designed to support the city’s marine operations for years to come.
