Lindell Yachts is a boat manufacturer which builds high-end fishing boats (38' to 48') which are sold throughout North America and are used in both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

This new construction consisted of a 31,360 square foot pre-engineered metal building with metal roofing. The interior of their new facility included manufacturing areas for casting molds and finishing bays with overhead 5-ton trolley cranes. In addition to the manufacturing area, this project consisted of offices, conference rooms, employee lounge, restrooms, IT closet and material storage rooms. There is also a large outdoor storage yard, enclosed with security fencing.

This building is provided with fire sprinklers and first responder repeater equipment. The southern portion of this new construction is designed to hold 6 to 8 hulls for installing engines, electronics, interior & exterior trim and cabinetry & appliances. There are two balcony areas, one for storage and the other is used for cabinet manufacturing as well as interior trim.

This project was delivered on-time and under budget.
