Project Description
Quality Seafoods Services provide quality custom seafood products and services. Their company offers cold storage and any seafood processing needs.
The new construction consisted of 41,129 square feet of freezer space and 4,310 square feet of conditioned loading dock space, totaling 45,439 square feet. This building was constructed of structural steel members with an insulated metal panel shell. Due to poor soil conditions in the area, geopiers were installed to help make the building less susceptible to liquefaction. Floors were constructed with vapor barrier and rigid insulation to meet energy requirements and freezer building shell details.
This project was delivered on-time and under budget.
