Project Description

Schussboomer Properties, LLC partnered with Chad Fisher Construction to develop a new hangar storage facility in Burlington, Washington.

This state-of-the-art, 16,629-square-foot pre-engineered metal building features 14,100 square feet of open hangar space, complemented by 2,529 square feet of ancillary office space. Designed for versatility, the facility includes a robust 120โ€™ x 28โ€™ clear hangar door, providing flexibility for accommodating various aircraft.

The construction seamlessly integrates exterior CMU wainscoting for durability and incorporates a structural CMU office space. Enhancing functionality and efficiency, the building is equipped with a Lutron smart lighting system and radiant floor heating for optimal comfort and energy savings. Additionally, the hangar was designed with high ceilings and wide-span framing to maximize storage capacity while maintaining an open and accessible layout.

Carefully planned for both durability and aesthetics, the facility features high-quality insulation to improve energy efficiency and maintain interior climate control. The combination of advanced lighting, heating, and structural design ensures that this hangar meets the evolving needs of aircraft storage while providing a comfortable and functional workspace.
