Project Description
Chad Fisher Construction completed this 49,340-square-foot distribution center for Judd & Black in Mount Vernon, Washington. The pre-engineered metal building houses 47,850 square feet of ground-level warehouse space and 1,490 square feet of second-level storage, designed to support large-scale appliance warehousing and Pacific Northwest distribution operations. A covered loading bay accommodates efficient appliance shipping and receiving, while a dedicated office wing features private offices, a staff lounge, and restrooms. The facility is built to support Judd & Black's growing distribution needs across the region.
