Project Description

Island Grown Farmers Cooperative (IGFC) was created to preserve the rich farming heritage of the San Juan Islands and provide essential local butchering services.

The new construction consisted of 6,000 sq. ft. PEMB which provided IGFC with office spaces, restrooms, breakrooms, hanging cooler, processing area, wash stations and packaging area. This allows IGFC to optimize managing temperature-sensitive environments, adhere to hygiene protocols, and maximize workflow.

Chad Fisher Construction performed the sitework in preparation for the new building and worked closely with our client to provide reliable spaces that support both current operations and future growth opportunities.

This project was completed on time and under budget.
