Project Description

After completing phase one in 2013, Chad Fisher Construction broke ground on phase two of an expansion for Hexel Corp.'s Burlington, Wash., location in August of 2014.

The additional space includes an 81,000-sq-ft warehouse used to house a large autoclave, a 9,000-sq-ft ISO Level 8 Clean Room and a 2,200-sq-ft freezer for material storage. The facility also accommodates new offices, an employee break room and a climate-controlled IT room.

The project was constructed in under a year and met the customer's requirements to be completed before their open house in August 2015.

We greatly appreciate your level of commitment that you showed us in seeing that everything was handled and executed to the highest level possible. You earned my confidence from the beginning and never lost it. You have assembled a great team that works well together and I couldn't help but notice the high morale amongst them.
