Project Description
Enfield Farms is a local farm in Lynden Washington that is developing, growing, and packing high quality, innovative berry products.
As their company continues to grow, they contracted Chad Fisher Construction to construct a new 57,300 square foot food storage facility. The new construction consisted of 48,300 square feet of freezer space, 8,424 square feet conditioned loading dock/equipment room space, and 610 square feet of office space. Their new facility is a structural steel building with 5” IMP walls and a membrane roof system throughout.
This project was delivered on time and under budget.
