Located near Barclay Village in Bellingham, WA, Cypress Veterinary Clinic is a newly established small-animal private practice designed to provide top-tier care in a modern, well-equipped facility.

To bring this vision to life, Chad Fisher Construction (CFC) converted a former exercise studio into a state-of-the-art veterinary clinic, featuring:

• Four exam rooms

• X-ray space

• Pre- & post-operative care areas

• Surgery room

• Separate recovery rooms for dogs and cats

• Reception, offices, and an employee breakroom

CFC worked closely with the client and design team to ensure minimal disruption to neighboring businesses during construction. The project included demolition of the existing concrete slab for new sewer lines, removal of existing walls and framing, and installation of new ceilings, mechanical, and electrical systems to support the clinic’s operations.

Finally, CFC coordinated the installation of client-provided equipment, including custom cabinetry, an x-ray machine, appliances, and furniture, ensuring a seamless transition into this modern veterinary space.
