Project Description

In addition to renovating the Skagit Bank main branch in Burlington, Wash., Chad Fisher Construction was contracted to remodel the bank's Bellingham Holly Street branch to reflect their new brand image.

The remodel presented a unique challenge in that the branch needed to stay open during construction. Our crew was able to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays to ensure that the needs of the staff and customers remained a priority.

The remodel included new teller lines, new office spaces, a waiting area and employee kitchen.

This project was delivered to our client ahead of schedule and under budget.

I wish to offer my deepest appreciation for all of your team's efforts. You pulled a potentially disruptive remodel off with little total impact on the operations of the bank! Everything flowed so well that I can say there's nothing I would have changed on the job. Thank you for making a tough remodel the best experience possible."
Eric J. Landon, Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer
