Judd and Black Warehouse Sitework
Project Description
Chad Fisher Construction's Civil Division completed all sitework for the new Judd & Black distribution center in Mount Vernon, Washington. Work included full site clearing, importing and compacting structural fill to preload the building pad, and installing all site utilities in preparation for vertical construction. This foundational sitework was a critical first phase of the project, setting up the building pad and infrastructure required to support the 49,340-square-foot warehouse.
