Janicki Industries TI
Project Description
Chad Fisher Construction completed a large-scale tenant improvement project for Janicki Industries across approximately 150,000 square feet of their advanced manufacturing facility.
The scope spanned both heavy civil work and precision aerospace-grade construction. Our crew resurfaced, ground, and polished over 100,000 square feet of concrete โ a substantial effort coordinated around an active manufacturing environment.
A centerpiece of the project was a new 16,700 square foot cleanroom built to strict aerospace standards โ featuring a gasketed ceiling grid, three high-speed spiral doors, a cutting-edge mechanical system, and tight envelope and pressurization requirements. The roof structure was significantly upgraded to carry the added ductwork load. An additional 7,000 square feet of existing cleanroom space was refreshed and mechanically improved to match.
CFC also constructed an 18,000 square foot manufacturing floor housing two crane bays, each equipped with two 5-ton, 48-foot bridge cranes. The battered columns supporting this structure are set on helical piles โ a foundation approach suited to the load demands of the space. A 4,500 square foot oven foundation was also completed as part of the scope.
Rounding out the project were office and breakroom upgrades and the addition of two new vacuum pump rooms, leaving Janicki Industries with a fully improved facility ready for the demands ahead.
