Project Description

Chad Fisher Construction was hired to preform the sitework in preparation for a new processing building located in Burlington, Washington for Island Grown Farmers Cooperative. Our civil team performed the foundation excavation, trenching and backfill for interior utilities, fine grading and compaction for slab on grade, footing drains, cap break, backfill building and exterior grading, curb and gutter, asphalt prep and grade, and exterior patio concrete and sidewalk preparation.

The sitework also consisted of installing 260 LF of 6'’ sewer, tie into 8'’ sewer in ROW, saw cutting, perform 2 sewer cleanouts, shoring, import and export material, cold mix prep and patch back, and provide traffic control whole road was closed during project duration.
