Project Description

This custom build residence is located on a low bank waterfront property west of Burlington in the Bayview community.

The owner and long-standing client of Chad Fisher Construction contracted our company on a design-build basis and worked hand in hand with us to construct a stunning home on this beautiful waterfront property. Our team was faced with the challenge of fitting the home within the shoreline and road setbacks on three sides of the property. We worked diligently to survey the land in order to utilize the property to its maximum potential and build within inches of defined setbacks.

The interior of the home is finished with a blend of natural wood, granite countertops, stone and tile. The exterior is made up of stone veneer and Hardie siding and a high end composition roof. It also includes a Zen Garden patio accessible only from the interior of the home.

This project was delivered to our client on-time and under budget.
