Chuckanut Brewery
Project Description
Chuckanut Brewery started as one of the first craft breweries in the Northwest “Thomas Kemper Brewery” back in 1984. In 2008 they opened their brewing facility in Skagit County, where they offer the best of Chuckanut’s beers, hard ciders, wines, sodas, and as well as snacks. They welcome all ages to enjoy their facility and its outdoor spaces.
As Chuckanut Brewery grew, they looked to Chad Fisher Construction to help expand their facility located in Burlington Washington. This expansion consisted of a new 10,890 square feet pre-engineered metal building that then connected to their existing structure. The new building included 4,427 square feet of production space, and 6,463 square feet of storage space. During the construction phase Chad Fisher Construction was able to keep the existing brewery operational and in business.
This expansion increased Chuckanut Brewery’s capacity for upwards of 15,000 bbls of beer, and CFC successfully delivered this project to our client on-time and under budget.
“This process, from preplanning, beginning through finish, was handled with the utmost professional approach and intelligent input. I say this as someone who has overseen putting together well over 20 breweries across America and overseas for 40 years. I always work with contractors yet my experience with you and everyone at Chad Fisher Construction is easily the most satisfying and complete that I have ever had.” - Will Kemper, Owner of Chuckanut Brewery
