T-Bailey, Inc. is a fabricator and installer of industrial-sized tanks, pressure vessels, pipe, casing & penstock, much of it for Northwest oil refineries and for the Co-Generation industry.

Chad Fisher Construction was contracted to construct a new 8,900 square foot, two story office building addition onto an existing 84,000 square foot manufacturing facility. The new construction consisted of structural steel with slab on metal decking. An added architectural feature to this project are the cylindrical steel that surrounds and is built within the building.

This project also involved 4,300 square feet of tenant improvements to their existing office area in the facility.

During construction, the existing manufacturing buildings remained fully operational throughout the entire construction process.
