Skagit Friendship House
Project Description
Skagit Friendship House is located in Mount Vernon, WA, they are dedicated to helping people who are struggling with homelessness by providing them with shelter, food and clothing. Chad Fisher Construction was contracted by Skagit Friendship House to construct a full-service commercial kitchen and dining hall.
This facility is designed to serve up to 6,000 meals per month while also providing a safe haven for homeless individuals and families in Skagit County.
We completed this facility in 120 days, allowing the shelter to open the day before Christmas.
When we first encountered Chad Fisher Construction through our bidding process, they presented smart, budget-accommodating value engineering recommendations. At the end, we were pleased that the project came in less than our contracted amount."
