Project Description
Cascadia Eye (formerly North Cascade Eye Associates) is a vision center focused on bringing the latest technological advances to every aspect of vision in Skagit and North Snohomish County. Chad Fisher Construction has, over the years, constructed numerous projects for Cascadia Eye.
The tenant improvement for their facility in Mount Vernon, WA consisted of a total remodel of the surgery center and waiting room. CFC removed and replaced the finishes in the waiting area and surgery rooms and updated the cabinetry to improve efficiency.
The tenant improvements for their facility in Sedro-Woolley, WA consisted of updating finishes throughout the clinic and remodeled their waiting room and reception counter to improve client experience.
CFC was able to work around the clock to keep their operations up and running under normal operational hours.
Both project’s were completed ahead of schedule and under budget with no surprises or interruption to their surgery center’s schedule.
Over the years, I have overseen similar construction and remodeling projects of other clinics and this was one of the most well run projects that I have ever been involved with. We had many changes and special requests and I was impressed how your company was able to accommodate these issues and still remain on budget without the unexpected extra charges plus finish on schedule.
