Project Description

Cascadia Eye (formerly North Cascade Eye Associates) is a vision center focused on bringing the latest technological advances to every aspect of vision in Skagit and North Snohomish County. Chad Fisher Construction has, over the years, constructed numerous projects for Cascadia Eye.

This project consisted of a total remodel of their 5,100-sq-ft facility in Sedro-Woolley and a quick turnaround remodel of their Mount Vernon surgery center operating rooms. CFC was able to work around the clock to keep their operations up and running under normal operational hours.

The Mount Vernon surgery center was taken down, walls removed and relocated, fully cleaned and scrubbed and put back into operation in less than 9 days, thus limiting their surgery schedule downtime.

The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget with no surprises or interruption to surgery center schedule.

Over the years, I have overseen similar construction and remodeling projects of other clinics and this was one of the most well run projects that I have ever been involved with. We had many changes and special requests and I was impressed how your company was able to accommodate these issues and still remain on budget without the unexpected extra charges plus finish on schedule. Thank you for an exceptional job well done and for a pleasant working experience!
