Project Description

Janicki Industries, located in Sedro-Woolley, Wash., designs and builds high-precision parts and tooling for aerospace, marine, energy, space, military, transportation and architecture customers specializing in composite materials and exotic metals.

Chad Fisher Construction was selected by Janicki Industries to turn an existing space into a 9,600-sq-ft ISO Level 8 Clean Room with 16-foot ceilings. Our team was also tasked to provide structural support for the new HVAC system and to build a separation wall using CMU and insulated metal paneling. We installed two high-speed curtain doors in the separation wall and a windowed storefront system to allow employees to view completed work. All fours walls were painted with an epoxy-based paint, and the floors received an epoxy coating for easy cleaning.

Your team was very responsive and you communicated very well with us and meticulously followed up on everything along the way. All these things made a crucial difference in meeting our deadlines without a hitch.
