Project Description

Hexcel Corporation is a vertically integrated worldwide manufacturer of tooling and finished aircraft structures with plants located around the globe. Hexcel’s Burlington plant manufactures Engineered Core components from metallic and non-metallic honeycomb. Involved with pre-planning, Chad Fisher Construction was selected as the Design-Build contractor for the expansion of Hexcel Corporations Burlington plant in May of 2012. The facility includes more than 60,000 square feet of new manufacturing floor area, a 5,500-sq-ft ISO Level 8 Clean Room and more than 7,000 square feet of new offices, meeting rooms, employee areas and restrooms. Chad Fisher Construction worked throughout one of the wettest winters on record to complete the facility on time and under budget.
You are to be commended for your high level of integrity that you instill in your company. The quality of workmanship and expertise everyone displayed maintained a very positive work environment. Other Hexcel management from other sites commented to me on how impressed they were with the quality of the work and the cleanliness of the work site."
